APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• First apply primer coat over the substrate. Mix MAZIKCOAT well before use then apply using brush over the prepared surface.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• PRIMER US60 is applied on the surface with brush or roller, it should be of small thickness uniformly.
• Avoid excessive film thickness and heavy application or puddling.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Apply on coat of PRIMER WB by brushing after suitable thinning with water. Allow drying for 4 hours.


• Then apply recommended number of top coats. If significant dust or dirt accumulates on the primed surface, re-prime with a thin coat of PRIMER WB.

• Place THERMO MARK 30M powder in road marking machine after heating it to 150°C to 200°C & place on the prepared surface

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Combine WOLFEX and glue as per requirement than colour with tints as per your demand of colors.


• Slowly add water to WOLFEX, mixing the contents thoroughly. Normally, 500-600 ml water is required for 1 kg WOLFEX.


• Apply 2-3 coats by brush, roller or spray with an interval of 4-6 hours between coats.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Mixing the contents of both the base and hardener have to be thoroughly stirred to disperse any settlement which may occur during storage. The entire contents of the hardener have to be mixed into the base and mix mechanically.
