APPLICATION AREA

• To provide a continuous barrier to the passage of water and water vapor


• Used to produce vapor barriers, damp proof courses, linings to potable water tanks and pipes, below ground concrete protection, concrete curing by water retention


• Corrosion protection to metal surfaces

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Apply a full coat of BITUCOTE and allow to dry. Coverage rate should be approximately 3m² per liter. Apply a second coat of BITUCOTE at right angles to the first coat.

• Mix Resin & Hardner as per given weight ratio, then apply it on RCC / Other Substrate.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Laitance deposits on new concrete are best removed by light grit blasting, mechanical scrabbling or grinding.
• The entire contents of the hardener container should be poured into the base container and the two materials mixed thoroughly, then add the color pot and mix for at least 3 minutes.
• The mixed EPKOTE PE280 should be applied to the prepared surface using airless spray, brush or lamb's wool roller

APPLICATION AREA

• To protect atmospherically exposed reinforced concrete structures from attack by acid gases, chloride ions, sulphate, oxygen & water Protect the other cementitious substrate and masonry

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• METGUARD may be applied by the use of suitable brushes or rollers. All primed substrates should be treated with two coats of METGUARD.


• The first coat should be applied to all areas by the use of suitable brushes or rollers to achieve a uniform coating.


• The second coat of METGUARD should be applied exactly as detailed above.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Corroded steel shall be fully exposed and all loose scale and corrosion deposits shall be removed.
• The corrosion due to presence of chlorides on the steel should be cleaned with water at very high pressure and allowed to dry. STEELGUARD is used as a primer on reinforced bars for anticorrosive system, on exterior surfaces of machinery, fertilizers tanks, and girders in industries.
• STEELGUARD may be applied by the use of suitable brushes or rollers.
• All substrates should be treated with two coats of STEELGUARD..
• The first coat should be applied to all areas by the use of suitable brushes or rollers to achieve a uniform coating with wet film thickness not less than 175 microns.
• The second coat of STEELGUARD should be applied exactly as detailed above, again achieving a wet film thickness not less than 175 microns.
