Industrial Grouts

ANCHOSINE P FIX is a two component polyester anchoring grout supplied in pre-measured quantities. The material cures quickly to give consistent, high performance anchorages.

APPLICATION AREA

• To fill the gap between pipe & casing.
• To avoid longterm deterioration of pipe.
• Grouting of base plates of turbines, compressors, boiler feed pumps.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Pour all the resultant liquid into a container with a capacity of 10 liters. Add all the filler provided for each product. Mix. Using a slow speed power mixer for 2 minutes or until a uniform colour is achieved in the grout.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Mix base, hardener and filler in given propertion than apply directly on prepared joints with the help of trowel & after 30 minutes remove the extra surplus with the help of sponge.

 APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• It shall be ensured that areas to be grouted are clean, sound, and then pre wetted. The unrestrained surface area of the grout must be kept ton a minimum. The selected water content should be accurately measured into the mixer.
• The cement (& sand if required) shall be slowly added to EXΡΑ 200. Mixing shall be continued for 5 minutes, making sure that a smooth even consistency is obtained.
• The grout shall be placed within 20 minutes of mixing to gain the full benefit of the expansion process.
• Usual placing or pumping procedures shall be adopted ensuring a continuous operation.

APPLICATION AREA

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Add water as per requirement between 4.5 to 4.75 liters per 25 kg bag. Place the grout within 20 minutes of mixing to gain full benefit of the expansion process. Start curing when grout reaches 'touch-hard' and cure properly for at least 7 days.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The two components of INJECTOFIL shall be individually stirred and then mixed and injected into the nipples through a suitable injection pump exerting a uniform pressure.

LOW CE GROUT is a one component, non-shrink, waterproof, OPC Free, Lime Based injection mortar / grout, which can be used as a fill material and to stabilize voids for a variety of repair operations, in old or Heritage structures, where the need for a reasonably waterproof fill material exists. LOW CE GROUT ensures controlled strength development and excellent bond to offer a restored substrate that can be utilized in a reasonably short time and a reasonably, waterproof and crack free protection is obtained.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Mix tile grout powder to POLYGROUT and add water as per requirement. Apply the prepared mix to the tile joints with the help of trowel and remove surplus grout simultaneously.

• Mix powder and water in approx. W/C= 0.3 properly than apply directly on prepared joints with the help of trowel and after 30 minutes remove the extra surplus with the help of sponge. Mix 200 ml of POLY GROUT admixture to increase strength and durability of tile joints.
