 APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• It shall be ensured that areas to be grouted are clean, sound, and then pre wetted. The unrestrained surface area of the grout must be kept ton a minimum. The selected water content should be accurately measured into the mixer.
• The cement (& sand if required) shall be slowly added to EXΡΑ 200. Mixing shall be continued for 5 minutes, making sure that a smooth even consistency is obtained.
• The grout shall be placed within 20 minutes of mixing to gain the full benefit of the expansion process.
• Usual placing or pumping procedures shall be adopted ensuring a continuous operation.
