APPLICATION AREA

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Add the aggregate slowly to the mixed resin & hardener, continue mechanical mixing for a further 2-3 minutes, until all the components are thoroughly blended.
• The mixed EPFLOOR NF40 (MTR) should be spread to uniform thickness on the primed surface using a steel trowel.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• Laitance deposits on new concrete are best removed by light grit blasting, mechanical scrabbling or grinding.
• The primer should be allowed to dry forming a barrier, preventing air rising through the subfloor to form bubbles in the surface.
• Mix 20 kg bag of MATTCEM CL30 P with 4.5 to 5 liters of water with the help of mechanical mixer and continue until a smooth creamy consistency is obtained.
• Pour the prepared mix onto the substrate, spread quickly with trowel or preferably with a notched rubber squeegee & allow to self-level. Leave the surface for full cure.
